As the Observatory will consider issuing the Gale or Storm Signal No. 8 between 9:00pm and midnight tonight, The Hong Kong Youth Guitar Ensemble 29th Annual Concert scheduled on 7 September 2025 (Sun) at 7:30pm at Hong Kong City Hall, Recital Hall has been cancelled.
